When two of the most well known training females online, Dana Linn Bailey and Miranda Oldroyd, get together to train, you know it's going to be a great video.

According to Dana Linn's Instagram, Miranda traveled out to Dana's Warhouse Gym for a two day training camp.

Day One is below. Dana took the lead and put Miranda through a bodybuilder shoulder workout. What's surprising to see is that Miranda, who is an elite Crossfit athlete, seems to struggle with the bodybuilding volume.

While a lot of people speculate which training is superior or have the stupid debate about which workouts are harder, this video provides the answer. However you train, regardless of your size, how much you snatch, your VO2 max or any other fitness measure, you develop what you train for.

Day Two was now Miranda's turn to put DLB and her husband Rob through a Crossfit workout. The workout she chose consisted of 5 reps of the deadlift and 10 burpees for 5 rounds. The guys used 275 pounds and the women used 185 lbs.

As you can see, Miranda dominated and was obviously done first but she also displayed greater cardio conditioning which is obvious since she's a Crossfitter.

Dana Linn Bailey and Miranda Oldroyd also posted a third training video. Next they jumped into Linda which consists of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of a 1.5 bw deadlift, bodyweight bench press and three quarter bodyweight clean. Linda is a timed workout and generally paired based on bodyweight. You can break the workout up however you want. Watch the madness below.
